Industrial Approach in Engineering and Arduino Programming

A Four Day workshop on Arduino was organized by Department of Electronics & Telecommunication Engineering, MMANTC on 05th, 06th, 7th and 8th September 2019. The workshop was organized for SE, TE, BE students of Electrical, Mechanical & E&TC department. 35 students along with 08 teaching staff actively participated in the workshop.

The inaugural ceremony of the workshop witnessed the presence of Dr. A.K.Kureshi Principal MMANTC, along with the faculty and staff members of Departments of E&TC, EE and Mech.Prof. Shahzad Mobeen, HoD, E&TC Department formally welcomed the dignitaries and experts from MET’s Bhujbal Knowledge city Nashik in his opening address. He also gave the introduction to the workshops with schedules and contents to be covered in the workshop.

Dr. A.K Kureshi, Principal MMANTC in his motivational address emphasized upon the importance of learning new technologies and tools for the students. He also highlighted the vast scope of Arduino Processor with hands on practice. Mr. K.R Bhagat, highlighted the technical details of the workshop in his address. Mr. Shah Awais Asst. Prof. proposed the vote of thanks to all dignitaries present, guests, and participants.

The workshop was conducted by an external expert from MET’s Bhujbal Knowledge city Nashik, Mr. K. R. Bhagat assistant professor. He is having 10 years of teaching experience. He has conducted more than 20 workshops. He was also worked in the Indian Army as a Helicopter Engineer. He has got Gold Medal in diploma, Army Avionics in Hyderabad.

The main objective of this workshop was the industrial approach of engineering and Arduino. The topics covered in the workshop include – Hardware and Software Programming. The outcome of the workshop was in the form of the implementation of a sample working project.
