Industrial Approach in Engineering and Arduino Programming

A Four Day workshop on Arduino was organized by Department of Electronics & Telecommunication Engineering, MMANTC on 05th, 06th, 7th and 8th September 2019. The workshop was organized for SE, TE, BE students of Electrical, Mechanical & E&TC department. 35 students along with 08 teaching staff actively participated in the workshop.

The inaugural ceremony of the workshop witnessed the presence of Dr. A.K.Kureshi Principal MMANTC, along with the faculty and staff members of Departments of E&TC, EE and Mech.Prof. Shahzad Mobeen, HoD, E&TC Department formally welcomed the dignitaries and experts from MET’s Bhujbal Knowledge city Nashik in his opening address. He also gave the introduction to the workshops with schedules and contents to be covered in the workshop.

Dr. A.K Kureshi, Principal MMANTC in his motivational address emphasized upon the importance of learning new technologies and tools for the students. He also highlighted the vast scope of Arduino Processor with hands on practice. Mr. K.R Bhagat, highlighted the technical details of the workshop in his address. Mr. Shah Awais Asst. Prof. proposed the vote of thanks to all dignitaries present, guests, and participants.

The workshop was conducted by an external expert from MET’s Bhujbal Knowledge city Nashik, Mr. K. R. Bhagat assistant professor. He is having 10 years of teaching experience. He has conducted more than 20 workshops. He was also worked in the Indian Army as a Helicopter Engineer. He has got Gold Medal in diploma, Army Avionics in Hyderabad.

The main objective of this workshop was the industrial approach of engineering and Arduino. The topics covered in the workshop include – Hardware and Software Programming. The outcome of the workshop was in the form of the implementation of a sample working project.

The topic of expert lecture:- Civil Services Preparation.

The civil services and engineering services examination is one of the toughest exams in our country. By qualifying for this exam a candidate can work in different Indian administrative departments. Hence for the preparation of such an exam and the motivation of the students, MMANTC had invited the young IES officer Er. Mohammed Faiz is working as a Chief Workshop Manager in Indian Railway Manmad as an expert.

The program was started with the recitation of Holy Quran by Momin Abdullah Student of SE Mech. After that Principal, A.K Kureshi has elaborated the Importance of such competitive exams and their scenario in front of students.

Er. Mohammed Faiz has delivered the lecture regarding the importance of Indian Engineering service and civil services exams along with their boons in progressive society of India. The mid of session was focused on the process of appointment which can be done after the qualifications of this exam. A prime focus was given on techniques and methods to be adopted for the preparation of preliminary and mains examination along with the area of studies required to look for i.e. current affairs, technical, etc.

After this, a focus was given on which books to be preferred for exams, time scheduling, subject selection and its detailed study, the importance of group discussion, and benefits of social media as an effective learning platform available as a modern tool.

The session was concluded with a closing remark and a vote of thanks to the guest by Principal Dr A. K. Kureshi sir.

Expert Lecture on Higher Education (MBA, Job & Entrepreneurship)

Training and Placement Team organized expert lecture based on higher education related to MBA, Job opportunities and entrepreneurship for T.E & B.E Students, The speaker Dr Rahmani Kamran (Associate professor, MSG College Malegaon) who is presently working with Department of Management studies in MSG College also as a TPO in the same College. Dr A.K Kuraishi (Principal) And Dr Muhammed Ramzan (Vice-principal) also present for this program.

Program started with Qirat-kalampak by Abdullah Rafeeque (S.E Mechanical Student) then after Anchor of the programs Ms. Namira (S.E civil Student) Introduced the Speaker profile finally Dr. A.K Kuraishi (Principal, MMANTC) felicitated Prof. Rahmani Kamran. Program was successfully conducted in the Maulana Mukhtar Ahmed Nadvi Technical Campus, Mansoora Malegaon on 28th August 2019 in Mechanical Seminar hall. Program received an overwhelming response with faculties as well as students of MMANTC.

Introductive Session:

 Aims and objectives of the program were introduced by Principal Dr. A.K Kureshi with all final year students and had given the importance of that kind of activities and its benefits for the students.

Speaker Dr. Rahmani Kamran enlightened his views with some basic definitions of higher studies and how we can build up our self with these not only higher educations but also a successful entrepreneur.

 In his lecture, Dr. Rahmani discussed some key point which highly impacts to the student about their future and how they can design with sophistically also discussed the western and the Indian ideologies of looking at innovation from ancient time till the present day. He also introduced the students to many exclusive examples and challenges in the world about jobs and higher education. He shared his own experiences on how and why Higher education and entrepreneurship affect the current scenarios and also focused on mix top-down strategies, expensive R &D projects. As per him, JUGAAD innovation argues that the west and Africa for a new bottom-up approach to frugal and flexible innovation with your future.

In the last session, Prof. Adeel Ansari highlighted the importance of Higher Education and information about job, entrepreneurship. Then he discussed how to create interest among the students related to MBA. He gave an appreciation to all faculties, Students, and also to Dr. Rahmani and very thankful to him to present activities like that.

Mega Blood Donation Camp

Mega Blood Donation Camp

A blood donation camp was organized by the Jamia Mohammadiya Education Socity, Mansoora Malegaon at the place of Mansoora Campus to show social commitment to the students. In this camp, Abdul Latif Ali Al-Shaya Engineering College, Luluwa Yusuf Budai Polytechnic, Mohammed Bin Al Nasir Al Sawyer Al-Sharia College, Al-Mukhtar Academy (Cambridge School), Aafak Academy, and Mohammedia Tibia College, all students, teachers, and faculty participated.

    The program was started by Prof. Mohsin Siddiqui’s recitation of the holy Quran and Blood Bank staff was welcomed. Principal Dr. AK Kureshi guided the students and attendees about blood donation importance as well as social responsibility. Hon’ble Shri Dadaji Bhuse Saheb, Minister of State for Rural Development was present for this blood donation camp, he has appreciated the Management and the Principal for such social work.

    More than 250 blood donors donated blood to this blood donation camp. Malegaon Sub-district Civil Hospital, Ansar Blood Bank, and Seva Blood Bank cooperated for this blood donation camp.
